Colin Diamond (Ray Winstone) is in agony. Shattered by the bombshell of his wife's (Joanne Whalley) infidelity with a young French waiter. His motley crew of friends -- Old Man Peanut (John Hurt), Meredith (Ian McShane), Archie (Tom Wilkinson), and Mal (Stephen Dillane) -- kidnap Loverboy, and assemble a kangaroo court so that Colin can restore his manhood with revenge. If you think this will be good because it has a multitude of amazing British actors think again. It's extremely dull. Just a load of old blokes talking in a room for an hour and a half. Enjoy......not!

Basically 90% talking in a room, and 10% how they got to the room. Great actors, awful use of their talents. 99p isnt too bad tho, i got stung £16 for the dvd

Well i love this film.The feelings cut to the core and the dialogue is very funny,sad and its moving.Its mainly in one room because it was originally a play..hence more of a stage set.This is one of my best films :)
