The 5th Borough is The Sopranos meets The Departed. Nico's daughter was recently diagnosed with a brain tumor. Nico would risk anything and sacrifices everything to help her get well. Since he is strapped for cash, he went back to his old neighborhood buddies on Staten Island to get back in the game. The only problem is his options are limited, but you can always count on "the family business." A price will be paid.... but how high?

Steven Stanulis you have done it again! A gem of a movie. Who doesn't love a movie with Tara Reid in it? The story is deep and for anybody (like me) that has had a family member who has been diagnosed with brain tumor can relate emotionally. A very well done film, thanks for making this! Good drama, acting and the best ending.

Seen it just because of Lillo Brancato and Tara Reid. Good acting and the script had many plot twists as it tugged on our emotional cords perfectly. A must watch
