Obviously a low budget indie project but entertaining all the same! A sci-fi film is probably the most difficult kind of movie to pull off for a low budget, and 5th Passanger is a fun movie with a twist or two. There are also a couple of recognizable actors from Star Trek of years past, which was cool!

I can forgive a low budget, but this whole movie lacked skill in ways that severely hurt enjoyment, especially in the script. It's seriously a bad story. The cast of famous actors is merely a sales tactic.

Some of these reviews are way too harsh. Yes, it's not a big budget Hollywood blockbuster type of movie, but it is definitely a solid and fun to watch independent film. If you like sci-fi and don’t need copious amounts of special effects to be able to appreciate a movie, you will enjoy watching 5th Passenger.
