A vengeful husband clashes with gangs and corrupt cops in this gritty vigilante thriller. When Joe Montoya loses his wife in a gang-related shooting he vows to stop at nothing to exact his revenge on those responsible. During his investigation, he discovers a community of people whom the police have failed. When local gangsters start disappearing, thug factions increase their violence and soon the town turns to mayhem. Starring Christian Monzon (KILL SPEED), Jason Giuliano (RED, TV'S ARMY WIVES), and Anne Leighton (TV'S THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS).
