A young British soldier is accidentally abandoned by his unit following a riot on the streets of Belfast in 1971. Unable to tell friend from foe, and increasingly wary of his own comrades, the raw recruit must survive the night alone and find his way to safety through a disorientating, alien and deadly landscape.

Jack O'Connell gives one of his best performances to date in this nail-biting action thriller. The film quickly sets the scene before cranking up the tension to the very end. Well worth a watch!

Served in Ireland from the year71 onwards the uniforms were out of date and not one soldier had his rifle sling attached to his wrist, if a unit lost a man the area should have been flooded with troops

Good film if you have a bit of knowledge on the troubles in NI. Worth a watch but felt plot was moved to quick. Enjoyable
