Miles, a teenage dirt bike rider, stumbles upon M.A.X., an escaped military prototype that quickly develops into an intelligent and nearly unstoppable creature. Soon, he discovers that M.A.X. was developed in absolute secrecy as a remotely controllable beast, engineered to replace American soldiers on the front lines, and kill autonomously. As their relationship deepens, Miles is forced to make decisions that will affect not only his life but also the lives of those closest to him.

Poor standard ... 3rd rate movie. Script was below par and acting was corny. Certainly not 4 star. Scratching to get 3. The only credit is forb the robitic dog. Dont waste your money renting this.

Pretty average. Even my kids didn't like it. I was hoping it would get better but it never really got off the ground.

My son (8yrs) really enjoyed this movie, and wasn't a bad watch for me too.
