Prabhu is a rich and influential man in his village. For him, his daughter Monica is everything. Monica comes back to the village after completing a fashion-designing course in Chennai. Soon, elders in the family arrange for her wedding with a local boy, Aravind. He is an educated farmer and a gentleman, who is innocent and always ready to help others. When things proceed on a happy note, Monica narrates a flashback to Aravind which creates panic in him. She has a lover (Navdeep) in Chennai. He is a fashion-freak, who is mischievous and loves to play pranks on others. Monica believes that he has cheated her. But, the story takes a turn when Aravind decides to unite Monica and Navdeep. Meanwhile, Saranya Mohan, Monica's sister falls in love for Aravind's innocence. How the couples get united forms the crux.
