Bond-girl Claudine Auger stars in cult director Mario Bava's influential precursor to the contemporary slasher movie. When an old heiress is murdered, thirteen candidates arrive in hope of inheriting her fortune and instead come face-to-face with a dedicated serial killer. Meanwhile, a gaggle of beach-partying hippies are murdered in a variety of grisly manners.
