Whitney Cameron has a real fondness for his pretty sister-in-law, Lynne, but when one of her stepchildren mysteriously dies, an autopsy indicates that the child was poisoned. Despite his own feelings for Lynne, Whitney believes that she may be responsible for the child's death because with the elimination of her other stepchildren, she would become sole heir to her late husband's estate.
