A Dog’s Purpose, from director Lasse Hallström (The Cider House Rules, Dear John, The Hundred-Foot Journey), shares the heart-warming and uplifting story of one devoted dog (voiced by Josh Gad - Frozen) who finds the meaning of his own existence through the lives of the humans he teaches to laugh and love. The family film told from the dog’s perspective also stars Dennis Quaid, Britt Robertson, K.J. Apa, John Ortiz, Juilet Rylance, Luke Kirby, Peggy Lipton and Pooch Hall.

After seeing the video of a dog nearly drowning on set to get the best shot, I'm surprised this film made it to the circuit. 1 star because I can't give it no stars.

A tear jerker of a movie. Makes you feel for all the characters, the only bad thing is that this is not the best film the 100 pecentent dog lovers. Also gave away the ending of the movie in the trailer

Good film from a dogs point of view. However I couldn't stop crying its upsetting but heart warming at the same time. Touches your heart.
