Nice movie but as compare to Die Hard4, it's with less action. Mostly they showed use of ammunition but less human efforts. Opposition also looks weaker than previous movies. Anyway overall not a bad movie but would like to say, this was not just enough I can expect from Bruce Willis(John MacLean)'s movie.!!!

1st one was a history maker 2nd was a step down 3rd was pretty awesome and 4th was PG13 but still a enjoyable film...and finally this came story was boring action was boring and acting was weak!! I am a die hard movies fan removing this! Rather utilize your time wathing any of the other 4 movies.

The only Die Hard except for the first where the bad guy(s) are interesting characters. The movie seems aware of the fact that russian bad guys are a cliché, and it works well with the sort-of comedic feel to the whole die hard concept. This movie probably also has the most visually impressive action I've seen in a movie that I actually cared to watch. My only concern for the movie is how they will make more of them without "John McClane" as the protagonist, as his son doesn't seem as much as a guy you root for as his father. Also don't play a drinking game where you drink every time a car is destroyed. You will need medical assistance within 20 minutes.
