A Letter to Three Wives, 1949, ⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️1/2. I’m really enjoying learning about the late filmmaker; Joseph L. Mankiewicz. This and All About Eve earned him academy awards. His writing and directing was witty and sophisticated. His characters; unforgettable! Three women receive a letter from their friend whose leaving town. She claims to be running away with one of their husbands.

One of the best movies I've ever watched! Engaging and talented from the start. This movie takes a life experience and developes it into a plot that captivates your mind from the first few minutes till the very end. It is worth the time .....time and time again!

I usually do not like these kinds of movies and do not watch them but when this came on I could not turn it off until the very end... and then continued to talk about it and think about it
