About this movie

Described as a "stealth invasion" of Ukraine, the proxy-war being waged in Donbass is a contentious conflict between pro-Russian separatists and the West. In the midst of swirling propaganda and controversy this brave doc follows Deki, a pro-Russian sniper tasked with defending his separatist comrades on the frontline of the conflict. In the midst of escalating international tensions, the film exposes an unseen side to this secretive war.

Seriously, it would be a great parody or an homage to Mel Brooks' genius with his "Springtime for Hitler" performance, but authors of that hot piece of cinema telling the viewer that occupation of neighbor's territory, racial genocide and 2.5 mil broken lifes is great and heroic thing to do FOR REAL. Just speechless, to be honest. And that's even not even to mention that scenario of this historic event is carbon copy of events in Sudeten in 40s. And returning to the headline - this Olya Schechter is claiming now that "it's only different side of coin, all opinions have a right to be heard". Yup, all genocides, wars and even Holocaust were advocated by the people like her, using that "different point of view" rhetoric to squeeze propaganda. Don't be bothered or misled by it - it's hilariously blunt and have only one thing in mind - to justify occupation of neighbors by Russian war machine.

The trailer starts with the phrase "this is the war between NATO & USA and Russia". Can someone explain to me how any non-Nazi can take it as an art and not as propaganda?.. ISIS executions is obviously the next to expect from this director? If you enjoy this kind I'll recommend #Osama's videos and the "Triumph of Will" by another lady :( On the documentary side, this will serve as a great evidence after the arrest of terrorists, including the mercenary depicted, including the MH17 case. For the fifth year Russia has been waging war against Ukraine. in the film, the main character is a sadist and a ruthless killer who kills peaceful people on foreign soil! the movie is saturated with hatred for Ukraine and praising not only separatists and terrorists, but also Russian military intruders in a foreign country and their helpers who pay money for #SNUFF like that.

This film is a pathetic attempt at the glorification of Russia sponsored contract killers, nothing more. I am from Donetsk, and my family had to leave our home town because of “tourist terrorists” from the Russian Federation and other other parts of the world, all sponsored and supplied by Russia with the aim of invading Ukrainian land, things started with Crimea, and after continued Easter Ukraine. No amount of good PR will wash away the blood!
