As a child Terry spent summer vacations at his groovy Grandmother’s Theme park, full of awesome rides and enchanting creatures. With his grandmother gone, the theme park is threatened with closure, but magically, Terry is given the chance to save it all. He is swept away to a marvelous land full of excitement, but must save the kingdom from the grips of the evil, nasty wizard, The Grump.

From beginning to end this movie had me intrigued. A Wizard’s Tale is filled with so much lively color and fun that you can tell animators Adrien Fuentes and Samuel Arturo Rico clearly showcase their artistry to make all these fantasies and characters come to life on the screen. Director Andres Couturier did a fantastic job of incorporating multiple layers to the plot of this film while still keeping it easy and enjoyable to sit back and watch. The adventures seemingly never come to an end in this action packed, kid friendly new movie.

A Wizard’s Tale is an adventure animation that is great for a movie night with the whole family! It’s good vs. evil plot always kept me wondering what was going to happen next. The director, Andres Courtier portrayed this film with vibrant color and a humous script. Lilly Collins, Toby Kebbell and Ian McShane used energy to bring their individual characters to life. A Wizard’s Tale reminded me of something out of a Dr. Seuss book. I’d definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a fun-filled movie.

I am so glad I watched the animated film A Wizard’s Tale! The movie was not only a great time, but it was also had some interesting messages that I have never seen before. One of which has a tone female empowerment, that princesses don’t need to be saved by a prince. The writer Jim Hecht, created such a magical storyline with romance, action, comedy, and unpredictable twists. The movie was a really fun journey through a magical kingdom following along a confused teenage boy, spacy princess, their GPS (a live stork), and the princess’s loyal dog. This is a great general audience movie to watch.
