Sadhu Agashe, an encounter specialist, goes into exile to ensure his son's safety after his wife gets murdered because of his job. Meanwhile, the crime rate in Mumbai starts to escalate, especially because of underworld gangsters Rawal and Rauf Lala. Worried about the situation, Home Minister Jagirdar brings Sadhu Agashe back. The Encounter Squad is activated to apprehend the gangsters and restore peace in the area. Sadhu Agashe is requested to take charge of the mission, but soon he finds himself being played by the same criminals that he intended to kill.
