When mischievous friends Yi (Chloe Bennet), Jin, and Peng discover a young yeti on their roof, they name him Everest and embark on a thrilling adventure to reunite the magical creature with his family. On the journey of their lifetimes, Everest helps Yi, Jin, and Peng unlock an inner bravery they didn't know they had. And as they travel across China to return the magical creature to his home, Everest will help them discover where they truly belong, too.

This movie is so bland. It doesn't add anything new at all to the catalog of animated films. It's your basic kids movie. Nothing exciting either and super predictable. Other companies are doing innovative stories this is a huge step backwards. I'm 19 and I expect a more decent story for a kids movie at least. I guess one positive is that the backgrounds are gorgeous but that's all I can say about this poorly executed film which could've been a far greater concept if done well.

The movie is of course a girl want to see the world and get drag into an adventure, but this film give one point of view that no one didn't think. We may spend the time to grain money for ourselves but no one won't know for why. This movie point out that she did it to remember her parent. We all want to remember our parents in our way to respect them for who they are. Family.

I've seen this kind of plot so many times, it's starting to get mediocre, can you even call it original anymore? Really hard time trying to enjoy it because of all of the bland dialogue and characters. I like how the studio incorporates characters from other countries, But for a kids movie, it's pitiful. Megamind is an example of a good and original movie, the plot is great and the characters are interesting. Well it's just my opinion, don't let my opinion ruin your enjoyment of this movie.
