At the age of 21, Tim is told an incredible family secret by his father: all the men in his family have the ability to relive their past. He can revisit any moment in his life to try things differently until he gets them perfectly right. He decides to use his special new gift to win the heart of the beautiful Mary, but finds that the course of true love can be hilariously difficult even with the ability to try, try and try again. If I had the power to go back in time I would have told myself to rent something else. It does get better about an hour into the film... but not enough to justify the rental price.

A lovely feelgood movie. Good acting by all the cast. Who hasn't got a quirky family member or two that can be related to in this story line. Not every movie has to be "Oscar" material but if it can make you laugh, cry, sad, angry then it is the making of a good and memorable movie. About Time hit all those feelings for me. Oh and great settings too.

Perfectly written, amazing cast and Bill Nighy just rules. The coolest/most believable enactment of time travel that I've ever witnessed. After I finished crying I just wanted to pimp it to everyone.
