Locked and Loaded. - In the near future, the government has run out of options trying to stop the city's maniacal crime lord - who owns the police force and is about to bring the city to its knees. In an unorthodox move, four slightly twisted brothers are deputized, armed to the teeth and sent in to save a city gone to hell - until everything goes incredibly wrong and the bullets and bodies fly.
