Tami Oldham (Woodley) and Richard Sharp (Claflin) couldn’t anticipate they would be sailing directly into one of the most catastrophic hurricanes in recorded history. In the aftermath of the storm, Tami awakens to find Richard badly injured and their boat in ruins. I liked the action, the suspense, the love, and the way it was all filmed to keep you a little confused until the end. I thought the plot was decent but needed a little something extra to make it really compelling, I'm just not sure what it's missing. It pulled at my heart strings well and had me cheering them on. Overall a decent movie I would watch again.

Not a fan of the flashback thing. Just tell a story in chronological order, if they had done that it would've earned 2 more stars. On an aside, hopefully nothing like this will ever happen to me, but if it did I would consider myself monumental to be able to meet the challenges with just a tenth of her courage..

Ok story, but I just wasn't feeling any chemistry between the two lead actors. Movie was kind of blah. Since it's based on actual events, it could've been told better
