From the director of Everest and starring Shailene Woodley and Sam Claflin, Adrift is based on the inspiring true story of two free spirits whose chance encounter leads them first to love, and then to the adventure of a lifetime. As the two avid sailors set out on a journey across the ocean, Tami Oldham (Woodley) and Richard Sharp (Claflin) couldn’t anticipate they would be sailing directly.

Well I hate ocean movies, but this one was based on a true story and the acting is fantastic. Its one of those movies that blows you away that you sit there dumb founded watching the closing credits. well done

Very good movie, wonderfully crafted not unlike a well known movie of years ago,no spoilers though🙂the last half an hour or so is cinema brilliance,left me in tears,what a love story that comes across beautifully, thankyou
