I remember seeing this in the cinema and thinking what a load of twaddle it was. I recently rewatched it. Still complete twaddle. There's a few things that they've kept the same but the majority? Bull. It's been picked and picked at until there's absolutely nothing left of what it was supposed to be about. It doesn't deserve 1* tbh, but I physically can't give it 0. Waste of my time.

I would have loved this if it was at all anything like the wonderful books but Tim Burton has taken a well loved classic written in my home town and picked at it until there's nothing left and another thing, Jabberwocky? My favourite peice of poetry ruined by this film.
