Combination of Sci-Fi, thriller and horror. Great acting by all the actors. Ripley was tough/strong woman.Good job by Sigourney Weaver. The movie also tells us stay tf on your home planet and you'll be fine. Just kiddin, great movie... One of the greatest movies ever but not the best one.

Nice movie but the alien scenes were quite gory and disturbing I don't know why IMDB gives so much good rating to this boring story with predictible story

Story was good but entry of Alien was late. In all Alien sequels,Ellen Ripley (Sigourney Weaver) was the first to encounter Alien.
