About this movie

Ridley Scott returns to the universe he created, with ALIEN: COVENANT, a new chapter in his groundbreaking ALIEN franchise. The crew of the colony ship Covenant, bound for a remote planet on the far side of the galaxy, discovers what they think is an uncharted paradise but is actually a dark, dangerous world. When they uncover a threat beyond their imagination they must attempt a harrowing escape.

Nothing makes sense in this movie and the prequel Prometheus. I personally wanted all the characters to die because of their stupidity. The movie fails to answer the questions asked by the characters and delivers the same ridiculous outcome that my other well hated alien movie did: Aliens 3, which is: "no matter how hard you fight, you'll lose in the end." Absolute rubbish!

It would have been more decorous to have allowed the Alien franchise to peter out with the last movie. This movie tries too hard...or maybe does not try enough. I personally found it mind numbing in its pretense as a serious movie. It ended up with me watching a movie on TV simultaneous to Alien playing on my laptop I am sure someone will enjoy it but I personally cannot recommend it.

Loved it, a great return to form for Ridley Scott...dont care what the haters think about it...it was a bloody awesome ride back to its roots and a great follow up to Prometheus although I do have some small problems with some of the movie they havent really stopped me from watching this beauty...ive seen it almost 5 times since its release and counting😎
