Driven into a nature reserve off the main road, she was raped, disembowelled, almost decapitated and left for dead. Against extraordinary odds, mystifying the doctors who had treated her, Alison survived this horrific attack. But this was only the beginning of her struggle. This is the remarkable story of her fight for justice and recovery.

Allison inspired me in so many aspects of my life being sexually abused since the age of 15 i found hope i found life after reading this book i see my life on a very new aspect...it literally gave me hope when I thought I had nothing to live fr..so inspirational I salute I aallison
