Helped me to understand that God will do what he knows is best not only for us, but many in a given situation. What starts out one way, looking bleak, we need to trust the process and how it will end... For the good of all.

The part where the ACL injury proves to be a career ender was especially frustrating, feels like no one was trying? The later re-enactment of the battle of San Jacinto provided welcome relief from the surgical scenes but was still not enough to change hearts and minds.
