This is another one of those dark comedic looks at our society (at least one aspect of it, the one in this movie being our obsession with "reality" TV) that is much better than the general consensus of the film would have you believe. If you can laugh at yourself (and specifically Americans) you'll enjoy this unexpectedly funny take on the American society of the last few years.

Nothing raises a bad movie to new heights of insane awfulness than a terrorist act played for laughs. In some ways it's worth watching to see Willem Dafoe in a bald cap playing a Dick Cheney type, and as a seeing is believing situation
