A fictional film set in the alluring world of one of the most stunning scandals to rock America, American Hustle tells the story of brilliant con man Irving Rosenfeld (Christian Bale), who along with his equally cunning and seductive British partner Sydney Prosser (Amy Adams) is forced to work for a wild FBI agent Richie DiMaso (Bradley Cooper). DiMaso pushes them into a world of Jersey powerbrokers and mafia that's as dangerous as it is enchanting. Jeremy Renner is Carmine Polito, the passionate, volatile, New Jersey political operator caught between the con-artists and Feds. Irving’s unpredictable wife Rosalyn (Jennifer Lawrence) could be the one to pull the thread that brings the entire world crashing down. Like David O. Jennifer Lawrence was awesome as always. Stylish, cool and classy American Hustle doesn't hesitate to get messy and showcase bullshit with such class.

David Rusell got this craft of storytelling in a compelling narrative which keeps you waiting for the next scene to happen,despite this not being a thriller.for the first time I witnessed a movie where the entire cast has acted so brilliantly that it is difficult to tell who acted better than who one else.it is like they were living the character nd being dramatic is genetic to them.i wonder the movie didn't win any of the academy awards it was nominated for. not even Brad Cooper? that's strange!
