I heard mixed reviews about Gregs movie from people who weren't particularly invested in weightlifting as a sport. Mostly Crossfit coaches and weightlifting outliers. After watching it I see why. Without a steady stream of loud rap music I doubt they were to able to comprehend the actual words and material presented. If you want a good understanding of weightlifting the U.S. and how hard people work every day, this movie is for you.
