Photographer Keyes Terry is given an old mirror from a homeless person who he photographs on the street. He takes the mirror home and gives it to a friend as a gift. What he doesn't know is that demonic forces project grisly deaths upon the mirror's surface and exhibit them to those looking at their reflections. Soon, these projections begin transpiring in the real world, proving to be portrayals of the real fates of Keyes' loved ones.
