关于此电影

Before The Conjuring, there was Annabelle. Capable of unspeakable evil, the actual Annabelle doll exists locked up in an occult museum in Connecticut -- visited only by a priest who blesses her twice a month. In this supernatural thriller from producer James Wan, Annabelle's story begins before the evil was unleashed. John Form (Ward Horton -- The Wolf of Wall Street) has found the perfect gift for his expectant wife, Mia (Annabelle Wallis -- X Men: First Class) -- a beautiful, rare vintage doll in a pure white wedding dress. But Mia's delight with Annabelle doesn't last long. On one horrific night, their home is invaded by members of a satanic cult, who violently attack the couple. Spilled blood and terror are not all they leave behind. The cultists have conjured an entity so malevolent that nothing they did will compare to the sinister conduit to the damned that is now...Annabelle.

No scary moments, gives away suspense in fake jump scares and underproduced cgi, terrible script, bad unrelated story sequences, film for television instead to the big screen, horrible shot sequences...perhaps the only thing going for Annabelle is its set pieces which might have standed out more if the acting was at least ok, which it wasnt...Go see The Babadook instead.

This was overhyped garbage, like paranormal activity. Sure, it had two exciting scenes that left you at the edge of your seat but after and before that is every movie cliché you have seen in an horror movie wrapped up in a ball. The movie, basically, in a nutshell is; a white upper class suburban couple whose expecting a child, the woman falling down multiple times, the husband (of course) does not expect anything, a sacrifice needs to be made to the devil. if you're into cliché movies, go ahead.

I thought paranormal activity was a horror series no...i was definitely wrong i love horror films but horror films that are based on actual true stories are messed up and scary "the conjuring" was scary but not in comparison to this true story i meam yes some critics are right this wasnt that scary and it could have gone deeper but i also think critics are afraid to admit they clumped their pants when the demon showed up. I mean im a big movie buff and critic but even i clumped my pants a few times
