About this movie

Academy Award® nominee Quvenzhané Wallis (Best Actress, Beasts of the Southern Wild, 2012) stars as Annie, a young, happy foster kid who’s also tough enough to make her way on the streets of New York. But everything’s about to change when the hard-nosed tycoon and New York mayoral candidate Will Stacks (Jamie Foxx) makes a thinly-veiled campaign move and takes her in. Stacks believes he’s her guardian angel, but Annie’s self-assured nature and bright, sun-will-come-out-tomorrow outlook on life just might mean it’s the other way around.

Thry completely butchered annie. Im not being rascist. They can have anyone to play annie, but they couldve at least let her use her own voice. Every song in this movie sounds so robotic and the plot is so boring. The characters arent funny and it is such an unnecessary movie to make.

No offense to the directors but it just ruined the old Annie because she isn't ginger and they changed the songs and added new ones which I don't like. Annie is meant to be ginger!

I enjoyed the singing it was cheesy grin, kids win stuff! but it passes quite well as that's the intention of the film! Good on emotion, basic plot line and loads of famous actors and singers!
