i thought this was a great movie. after reading other reviews, i knew not to expect rockets and space travel. This is more of a drama with a sci-fi twist. great story and characters. the one thing i didn't understand was that Earth 2 was close enough for civilians to see the surface with a telescope, I would think that the gov't would have been able to see details of Earth 2, buildings, people, etc with their super telescopes. Again, not your typical Sci-Fi, great watch though.

I came across it by chance some low budget film it's the most fantastic mind boggling tear releasing plot that you have to see. This movie even had me crying and I fell in love with the actress the ending will really blow your mind.

I found Rhoda to be both. She acts selfishly throughout the movie. She lies to herself, tries to convince herself that her actions are to help the man she wronged, but really her actions are motivated by the desire to appease her own guilty conscience...i have to stop myself here or i'll go off on a rant about this character...Moving on...The preview gave the impression this would be a sci-fi. It's not, in fact there is very little science in the movie. Best thing about this movie was the last minute.
