The next evolution of the Marvel Cinematic Universe brings a founding member of The Avengers to the big screen for the first time with Marvel Studios' Ant-Man. Armed with the astonishing ability to shrink in scale but increase in strength, master thief Scott Lang must embrace his inner hero and help his mentor, Dr. Hank Pym, protect the secret behind his spectacular Ant-Man suit from a new generation of towering threats. Against seemingly insurmountable obstacles, Pym and Lang must plan and pull off a heist that will save the world.

Though this feature is chalk full of comedic dialogue, the movie holds strong to it's boundaries of being a "start up" flick. Giving you enough background story to indicate that this "not so epic" movie will go on in an action packed extravagance. While keeping it original to its Marvel Origins, to an extent, this story is a take on project that we already can see will fit right in with the other Marvel films. I give AntMan a "Must See to Appreciate" score.

got this for 75% off and still feel like I want a refund. I wish I could go to the movies without being assaulted with propaganda. Criminals are all just misunderstood good guys, , Corporations are evil manipulators trying to take over the world. Cliche nonsense. I couldn't even make it past 20 minutes..

This movie is so funny and the cast each brings so much to their roles! But sadly once again, the villain isn't very memorable. The action sequences are unlike anything you've ever seen before and the plot is excellent too. This movie is now one of my favorite Marvel movies and I'm definitely adding it to my film collection soon! 8/10!
