关于此电影

Mads Mikkelsen (Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, Doctor Strange) delivers an engrossing tour-de-force performance as Overgård, a resourceful yet increasingly desperate man stranded in a remote, snow-covered wilderness. After a plane crash in an icy wasteland, Overgård must live by his wits as he waits for help to arrive. But when a long-awaited rescue effort fails, he faces a life-or-death decision: remain in the relative safety of his camp and hope to be found, or embark on an arduous trek that may be the only hope for both him and a critically injured stranger. Critics are calling this captivating, white-knuckle film "chilling and thrilling, heart-wrenching and heart-lifting" (Los Angeles Times).

Don't watch it if you are looking for Mission Impossible, Fast and Furious type of movies, you will not enjoy this one. But if you enjoy more thoughtful movies, perhaps you will like this one. It is just not everyone's cup of tea. I like this movie because as a hiker and someone who got lost in the wilderness before, I find the feeling and atmosphere of this movie to be very realistic. Once you get to the wilderness, things are far, things are slow, no one is going to pops out with a machine gun and things seems plain. But at your most unexpected moment, the nature throws a huge surprise to you. The feeling when you get lost, the uncertainty, the wait and you know every decision matters. Being the only person in tens of miles with that deep tension inside yourself... You know what I am talking about if you have been in that situation. This movie just captured those feelings. I would give this movie a 4.5/5. A little brush up of the characters (perhaps more development/background) will make the story richer.

very boring - it would be more exciting to be stuck in the arctic after a plane crash then to watch this movie. well shot but it's in a scenic location so unless you filmed it with a potato it would be visually striking. the lady should've gotten eaten by the polar bear, that would have been lit.

Should have won an Academy Award. Excellent survival film. I actually love the controversial ending, because it is poetic -- and not your typical cliched scripted rescue. Mind you, they made this harsh film reality for only $2 million dollars -- exceeding all marks. Highly recommended to fans who love minimalist structure. One of Mads Mikkelsen's best performances of his career. Bravo.
