Robert Diggs (Christian Slater), a former FBI agent, finds himself back in the life of detective work when an unknown vigilante begins killing high-priority terrorists off America's Most Wanted list. While tracking down the killer, Diggs comes across a sexy, belly-dancing redhead named Ursula. For once, Diggs is able to move beyond the painful memory of his wife's tragic death as he falls for the mysterious woman. Little does he know that Ursula is actually an assassin that has been trained to kill since she was a child, thanks to a rogue government project. Awful.... Not sure what happened to Slater but he made a very poor choice with this picture... Watch it and you'll see what I mean.

I've never seen such a slow action movie. Christian Slater is better than this crap

Plot was cool. Throws you for a loop. I enjoyed it.
