You miss huge plot chunks of Season 1, take the time and watch Season 1, it's well worth it.

I watched it on Muse Asia, I cried while watching the movie, as I only watched 4 episodes, watch it back in 2016, on hindi dubbed, I stopped it as I though it was boring, but it is a masterpiece
