The music punctuates the narrative, and makes a good thriller, taught and edgy. Masterclass of economic, but stylish, direction bringing out the best in the principal actors.

Amazing movie, classic scenes brilliant soundtrack. Don't confuse with the remake that's not so good!

Why can't I buy this? It is one of my favourite John Carpenter movies and John Carpenter is one of my favourite directors.
