À propos de ce film

Part two of Ayn Rand's groundbreaking novel comes to the screen in this thrilling and powerful drama. The global economy is on the brink of collapse. Brilliant creators, from artists to industrialists, continue to mysteriously disappear. Dagny Taggart, Vice President in Charge of Operations for Taggart Transcontinental, has discovered what may very well be the answer to a mounting energy crisis - a revolutionary motor that could seemingly power the World. But, the motor is dead... there is no one left to decipher its secret... and, someone is watching. It's a race against the clock to find the inventor before the motor of the World is stopped for good.

Absolutley love the first movie. The second movie is pretty good. Although the should have kept the same actress for Dagny from the first movie. But the new Hank Rearden is better. And Fransisco is better. They made a mistake putting Hannity in there. This is a libertarian book, not a neocon book. And damn they totally drop the ball for the third movie. Shame

The first was good. However. Changing the entire cast just to push out a movie to beat a deadline is a poor choice for the second. The did this marvelous story a huge disservice. I ended up turning it off halfway through

To those who understand, never quit fighting to make this world a better place. Those who do not, look at your misguided efforts to bring about peace by force, this is true weakness. You can do better, you're fully capable, don't ever let anyone convince you you're not.
