A romantic action-adventure epic set in Australia prior to World War II that centers on an English aristocrat (Nicole Kidman) who inherits a large ranch. When English cattle barons plot to take her land, she reluctantly joins forces with a rough-hewn cattle drover (Hugh Jackman) to protect her ranch. this was yet another good chance to make a great film. But as usual this turned out to be just another boring over hyped disaster

Amazing scenery. Loved the plot with unexpected twists and turns. Heart wrenching in places. Romance and action. Hugh jackman to die for in this. Nicole kidman fantastic.
