Clayton Beresford, Jr. (Hayden Christensen) seems to have it all—a gorgeous fiancée named Samantha Lockwood (Jessica Alba), an adoring mother Lilith (Lena Olin), a thriving business and all the money a young man could ever want. But Clay's life is far from perfect—his relationship with Sam is a secret because she actually works for his overbearing mother and he is in desperate need of a heart transplant. When Clayton goes in for surgery, an ineffective dose of anesthesia leaves him conscious, but paralyzed and unable to let his doctors know pain, but also leaves him aware of a more serious pending plot against him. What a movie! Such acting from the entire cast and what a story line. This was an amazing movie with such lessons to be realized and learned that a simple review wouldn't give it justice. Amazing!!!! Such an insight into the strength of an individual while giving an accurate presentation of the lows some people will do out of desperation and greed.

I Love this movie. This and John Q. It's kind of like the television show ER. If you had not seen it, you should definitely go and watch it. If you had seen it, you should definitely go watch it again.

This movie is awesome! I love Tarrence Howard....always have. I fell head over heals when I saw Crash. I loved him before that but Crash made me a super fan. He is a living legend in my opinion. Having said that, hats off to EVERYONE in this flick. Completely sucker punched me, and I loved it!!!!
