Jin, Suga, J-Hope, RM, Jimin, V, Jungkook... This is BTS. The forefront of the k-pop revolution that is sweeping the world, BTS are the biggest boyband since The Beatles. Their high energy performances, thought provoking lyrics and trend setting style has set them apart from all other musicians as they continue to reinvent pop culture.
But it wasn't overnight success for them. Their early years were plagued with hardship and setbacks– it seemed as though the world didn't want them to succeed... but they never gave up. This is their story.

I watched this documentary on TV and I'm pretty skeptical about it. First, the narrator for some reason would say "bwi" instead of V. "Bwi" is just the roman for when you say his stage name in Korean so he could've just said the letter V instead, which is what made me skeptical. Second, the documentary mostly consists of common facts about the members, their albums making the charts (which you can easily research yourself) and landscapes. I wouldn't recommend, sorry...

I'm ARMY and love BTS. This is *not* a movie intended for ARMY. [[If you are looking for an excellent documentary, check out "Rise of Bangtan" on YouTube or one of the ones produced by BigHit]] BTS: Global Takeover basically a mix of a book report on BTS and medium quality footage from the iconic Wembley performance. Most of the footage is a mix of narration over photos, clips from press conferences and award speeches, and excepts from music videos. I’m Army and I love BTS..... buttttttt whoever did this is trash! It was like they threw it together with very little thought.... I wish BigHit would’ve done this cause they would’ve done our boys justice! Why so much filler? Seriously just wanted to make a quick buck... sad! Next time just hire Army to get it done correctly!
