The story was built up very well, from multiple perspectives, separated into individual chapters. The movie felt a little long in parts and the final act was somewhat of a disappointment. That said, I thought there were some brilliant performances from Jeff Bridges, Cynthia Erivo, Jon Hamm and Lewis Pullman. There were some smart twists and character developments. I'd love to revist the El Royale.

I thought this movie was great. The acting was impeccable and each character had depth. With a movie that is around 2 and half hours long you have to expect slow points, and yes, this movie sometimes slows down and the narrative gets drawn out a bit too long. However, it does allow you to get to know the characters and their backgrounds more. There's action, suspense, a great cast and an enigmatic narrative...which for me was a recipe for a solid movie. Plus the visuals are AMAZING.

This movie is actually a great watch. I was entertained its a movie that keeps you guessing its almost like a murder mystery. All characters have a depth and interesting I recommend watching it.
