After arresting her own partner and testifying against him, police officer Jessica Dawson (Mena Suvari) is forced to transfer to Internal Affairs to investigate a teen’s suspicious killing by police officer's Mike (Jessie Bradford), David (Lochlyn Munro) and their overly-optimistic police captain (Martin Sheen) all while trying to avoid being killed herself. All these lives converge in a whirlwind of crime and deceit in this modern-day police thriller.
