Vanessa Hudgens, Aly Michalka, Gaelan Connell and Lisa Kudrow star in a comedy about following dreams and doing what scares you. Ultra-popular Charlotte (Michalka) is determined to face-off against her ex at the country's biggest music competition. She just needs a band. Newcomer Will (Connell) knows more about musicians than anyone. He just needs a friend. And, rebel guitar player Sa5m (Hudgens) has a wicked voice but needs someone to believe in her. Together, this unlikely trio will take on Bandslam in a way no one thought possible.

Never ever rent a movie from Google! I was in the middle of the movie and left it to check a text and when I come back, it wanted me to rent it again! Hopefully they have this on Netflix. I think they might. I saw this a while back and I don't remember renting it.

Literally the best movie & it's so underrated! The character development is excellent, the plot is solid, the relationships are believable & the music is amazing!

I saw it once when I was little and got the album from iTunes; the music is fabulous and the plot is great. Real treat. :)
