A Detroit per un colloquio di lavoro, una giovane donna (Georgina Campbell) prende una casa in affitto. Ma, arrivata a tarda notte, scopre che la casa ha già un inquilino, un estraneo (Bill Skarsgård) a cui era stata affittata per lo stesso periodo. Contro ogni buon senso, decide di passare la notte lì. Poco dopo, dei rumori misteriosi la conducono in altre parti della casa, dove alcune scoperte terrificanti le dimostreranno che c'è ben più da temere di un ospite inatteso. Da 20th Century Studios e New Regency, Barbarian vede inoltre protagonista Justin Long. Scritto e diretto da Zach Cregger.

Valutazioni e recensioni

It felt like it was lacking. It wasn't BAD but it could have been more. The movie was good all the way up until the title card in the beginning. I just wish they would have made the old man more relevant to the plot considering they took the time to go through his backstory...

Reminded me of the 80s movie Hell Night. A familiar face I thought died in Jeepers creepers. The movie director must not have liked the Detroit police Department and has a thought on their kind of response.

I am a big horror and suspense fan. This is by far one odf the best "edge of your seat" movies I have seen in a long time. At no point were any of the scares predictable like most movies nowadays. I have already told everyone to go watch this movie!
