I liked Batman, and while looking at this film again after having seen the Nolan trilogy, it's refreshing to see the more campy Batman with comedic touches. Jack Nicholson is great as the Joker, Michael Keaton plays Batman as a socially confused character who never quite seems to know what he's doing when he's Batman or Bruce Wayne. Tim Burton is fitting as a director of the Batman movies, he provides plenty of winks to the audience of iconic Batman symbols from the comics. This Batman is admittedly not the most serious, but it's fun nevertheless.

You guys at youtube and google are crazy, you stop me and other people from making a movie playlist so someone could actually watch these movies in turn? Controlling what people can do with what they purchased? That's insane. wake up to yourselves.

Michael Keaton plays the socially awkward weirdo as Bruce Wayne, the mythic urban legend as Batman. The fantasy of the noir-influenced atmosphere is great, and, dare I say, better than the stark realism of Nolan's trilogy.
