AN ABDOLUTLY FANTASTIC MOVIE AND SHOWS THE DETERMINATION AND DISCIPLINE OF BOTH THE AMERICAN AND GERMAN ARMIES AND PAY CLIOSE ATTENTION TO THE GERMAN MILITARY WAR SONG AT THE BIGINNING OF THE MOVIE AN MY MOTHER WHO WENT TO THE GERMAN ,"DEUTSCHER SCHULLER" GERMAN CATHOLIC SCHOOL AT A YOUNG AGE OF 8 UNTIL HER GRADUATION AFTER THE WAR IN ALEXANDRIA EGYPT ST. MARKS WAS ORDERED BY THE REICHSTAG IN BERLIN THAT EVEN AT S GERMAN SCHOOL THOUSANDS OF MILES AWAY FROM DEUTDHLSND THAT THE NUNS WERE YO ORDER THE CHILDREN

The tanks are good, the actors (some) are good (can't stand Ryan), but this movie is complete invention of history. None of it happened the way this movie presents itself, and the characters themselves are fictional. A sorry effort by just about everyone. ONe of the Worst Movies I've ever seen.

My father drive a tank during this event which leaf me to examine this event in detail. He drove his tank on the South shoulder with the Super Six right next to Patton. One needs to remember this is only a movie not a documentary and there lies a big difference. This movie ought to get the viewer interested in researching the subject. Not taking the movie as the Gospel.
