While prospecting for gold, a brother and sister accidentally disturb a colony of sea vampires in an underwater cave.

To be fair some of these type of movies are so bad it's good however this isn't the case. The Sea Vampires don't even have a consistent size, sometimes small next frame it's the size of a human. Just plain bad. I'd dodge it but you can give it a whirl to simply say "I saw that crap and lived".
