Seventeen year old Kyle is the spoiled, shallow and incredibly popular prince of his high school kingdom. Entirely captivated and empowered by his own physical appearance, Kyle foolishly chooses Kendra, a goth classmate rumored to be a witch, as his latest target for humiliation. It was a good movie, but it could of been longer. Kind of just jumped seen to seen with really no explanation, could of used a bit of more detail.

There are many stories like this. However, I really enjoyed this particular tale. It gripped me right away. Beastly speaks about true affection and hushed love. We watch the main character change from a boy into a man... I would really recommend this movie and book.

NPH is this movie's only saving grace. I would never less than five star an NPH movie, no matter how bad.
