Jack is getting the snot beaten out of him by an unknown assailant. Bloodied, bruised and broken, he needs serious medical attention if he's to survive for much longer... and we're only 5 minutes into the film. After a desperate choice leaves him stranded in the middle of nowhere, Jack goes from one savage encounter to the next, as a vicious game of cat-and-mouse ensues.
